As the name implies, this Beefeater pub and restaurant is located in a prime spot alongside the waterfront within a major redevelopment of the Swansea docks area called SA1. It shares a large block with a Premier Inn hotel and a Tesco Express, but is on the waterside of the building. Within there is a large l-shaped room with separate seating areas for the bar and restaurant. It opens early to serve breakfasts, primarily for guests in the adjacent Premier Inn hotel, but also for the public. Alcohol service normally starts at 11.30 am or Noon on Sundays.
