A large chain Pub and Restaurant situated in an imposing standalone building, located opposite a busy shopping precinct, on the main road from Swansea to the Gower Peninsula. It was refurbished, renamed and rebranded to a "Hive Pub by Greene King" in August 2026. It has a large single L-shaped room, with several entrances, split between a Sports Bar area at the front (with TV's and games) and a long darker, but comfortable Lounge & Restaurant area on the side, leading to a raised conservatory at the back which opens in turn onto a large beer garden. The Cask Ale hand pulls are located on the Lounge side of the long L-shaped bar.
