Originally a Welsh longhouse later converted to a Drover's pub. A side room and stable below were added in 1850 by the Royal Mail as a sorting depot. In what is now a large multi-roomed, comfortable, dog friendly and community focussed pub, a long central bar serves up to five changing ales from the Marston's range, with three handpumps on one side of the bar and two more on the opposite side. Food is served daily in this multi POTY winning pub, that is situated alongside the river Tawe and the local cycle path. There is also a large landscaped beer garden. Seasonal beer festivals plus music festivals are held, with live music also featuring at weekends. Winners of the Prestige Awards 2023 and Dog Friendly Awards 2023.
