This quirky pub, full of industrial heritage artefacts from the local area, is like stepping back in time, as you enter. Run by the same family for three generations, this two roomed pub consists of a cosy lounge and a friendly, locals bar, with an old fashioned stove that keeps the room like toast in the wintertime. The pubs regular cask beers are brewed locally by the 9Lives Brewery (previously the Bryncelyn Brewery which started in the cellar of the pub in 1999). The three regular beers all retain Buddy Holly themed names, plus one changing guest ale. The pub is firmly on the must visit list for real ale and historic pub enthusiasts!
