Cardiff's first J D Wetherspoon outlet and allegedly Wales' biggest pub. It occupies the two storeys of the former Prince of Wales Theatre which, over the years, fell into hard times until Wetherspoon's magnificently refurbished it. Ground Floor recently extended to include former shop next door. Can be very busy when the nearby stadia have rugby matches or live music events.
